Thanks to five months working experience at WildDesign Shanghai, I gained practical knowledge in design methodology and process, industrial design, innovative thinking, creating great user experiences and the Chinese market. I had the opportunity to design 3 digital devices for Xiaomi, the now the world’s third largest phone company. I was working in partnership with their head of design and brand’s supplier on a very new segment. We went through a deep research phase focusing on Chinese and international consumers to deliver the best user experience. Working with leading Chinese companies taught me, how to be fast and pragmatic. To win a pitch, I had forty eight hours to imagine, illustrate and present the concept.

The three products are currently in production and they will be on the Chinese market by Christmas before launching internationally in 2016.
